Terms of Service

I can draw Furry, Mecha, Gore, NSFW, high detail.


PROCESS

  • Discuss about the concept

  • Sketch 

4 free sketches. After the 4th time, +$2/revision. If the revision is minor, it can be free.
The commission will be paid after you accept the sketch. You will pay 50% upfront and then 50% remains after the final work. Deposit period is 4 days, after that time the wishlist will be canceled.

  • Line

4 free revisions. After the 4th time, +$2/revision. If the revision is minor, it can be free.

  • Final (monotone or color)

4 free revisions. After the 4th time, +$2/revision. If the revision is minor, it can be free.
If the revision is major after approval, I will charge an additional 10-30% payment.

DEADLINE

  • The deadline will be 1 to 2 months to be completed. If it takes longer than expected, I will notify and discuss.


REFUND

  • If I can not to meet the agreed deadline, you will get 100% refund of your commission.

  • Completed commissions will not be refunded.

  • If you cancel the commission without permission, the deposit will not be refunded.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I reserve the right to refuse your request if it beyond my ability to handle.

  • I reserve all copyright to my work to upload the artwork on social media. If you would like to keep the full copyright, I will charge an additional 10% payment.

  • You can use the commission for non-commercial license for personal use.

  • The commission is personal use only. If you use the commission for commercial purposes, please contact me for more information.
